Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid workshops, programs, and digital products offered by Bforbranding Digital Agency Pvt Ltd (operating as Arise Education) on https://ariseedu.com.

1. Nature of Our Services

Arise Education sells digital educational content, live online workshops, and mentorship services. We do not sell physical goods; therefore, no physical returns apply.

2. Free Workshops

Free workshops require registration but no payment. You may cancel your registration at any time by replying to the confirmation email or messaging our support team.

3. Paid Workshops & Programs — Cancellation by You

• Refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, provided the workshop has not yet started and you have not accessed any premium materials.
• After workshop has started: Once the live workshop has commenced or any paid recording / downloadable resource has been accessed, the order is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
• How to request: Email support@ariseedu.com from your registered email with your order ID and reason. We respond within 2 working days.

4. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you can choose between (a) attending the rescheduled session at no extra cost, or (b) receiving a full refund within 7–10 working days.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

• Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.
• Standard processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
• Bank or card-network delays are outside our control.
• Payment-gateway charges (if any) may be deducted by the gateway.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Customised 1:1 consulting sessions that have already been delivered.
• Downloadable templates, recordings, or PDFs once accessed/downloaded.
• Bundled bonus offers consumed during the program.

7. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card network without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke access to all our services and pursue recovery of fees through legal means. Please email us first — we resolve most issues within 48 hours.
