Shipping & Delivery Policy

Bforbranding Digital Agency Pvt Ltd (operating as Arise Education) sells digital educational products and live online workshops only. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when you receive access to what you have purchased.

1. Digital Delivery

• Live workshops: Joining details (Zoom link, calendar invite, schedule) are sent to the registered email and WhatsApp number within 15 minutes of successful payment, and again 24 hours and 1 hour before the session.
• Recordings & resources: Where included, recordings and downloadable materials are emailed or made available on a private portal within 24–48 hours after the live session ends.
• Bonuses and templates: Delivered to the registered email immediately after payment or per the schedule mentioned on the product page.

2. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, courier fees, customs duties, or geographic delivery restrictions.

3. Delivery Failures

If you do not receive your access details within the timeframe above, please:

• Check your spam / promotions folder.
• Confirm the email address used at registration.
• Contact us at support@ariseedu.com with your order ID — we resend access within 1 working day (usually within hours).

4. Geographic Availability

Our digital workshops are accessible worldwide wherever Zoom, email, and WhatsApp are available. Sessions are conducted in English (with Hindi-friendly delivery) and scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST).
